About Us

Hillside Décor is a small business which I run from the cosiness of my home in Wollongong, on the South Coast of New South Wales. The name comes from where I first had the idea to start handmaking and selling the things I enjoyed making for myself.  

It first started back in 2016 making knot cushions among other things. I put the business on hold though when my circumstances changed. But after some inspiration from my sister, I’m back more inspired, motivated and excited than ever! 

You’ll only find handmade products in the Hillside Décor collections. With a newfound passion for knitted wire art, you’ll find a range of custom handmade names/words and animals/shapes for you and your little ones or maybe even as a personalised gift.
