How to Order & FAQ's
Ordering custom handmade décor like ours is not always the easiest. We’re trying to make it as easy as possible though. Here’s some tips for ordering.
Tip: Check out the how to order guide on the page of the product you’re looking at. It gives you a step by step guide specific to that product.
Usually, it goes like this…
- Select the size (length of word) or quantity (1 knitted animal or more) from the drop down.
- Then, there are included or extra add ons to choose from. One add on included at no extra cost for each word.
- Lastly, write the name and colour you would like in the box provided. If there are multiple words, write the word and colour.
* Colour charts can be found at the end of the image gallery on each product.
FAQ’s
- How long will it take to make my custom order – Your custom handmade order will be made as quickly as possible while taking care to ensure quality and consistency. Production times may vary from time to time but generally your order will be made within 2 business days. Check out the homepage for current production times and shipping page for estimates delivery time.
- How many words to I order – If the word is hyphenated then this is two words. The hyphen will be included, just select it from the include add ons for one of the words.
- More than one extra cost add on - If you would like more than one of the extra add on, there is a “Finishing Touches” collection where you can add more. In the box provided, write the word or shape the add on goes with and the colour.
- “Baby (choose name)” signs – This is the exception. The word “Baby” is included in the price, you just need to select the length of the name you want. For example, “Baby Southam”, choose 1 x 7 letter word when ordering.
- Can I have more than one colour – Yes, please get creative! Happy for you to choose different colours for each word or even a different colour PomPom above an “i” or “j”.
